Very happy very with level of customer service provided – excellent!
We switched to this when we moved to near Exeter, and were looking for a dog food supplier. We haven’t been disappointed, it’s a fantastic food, really well priced and a much better quality than some of the bigger name brands! Free delivery as well, can’t go wrong! We have started using the wet version as well, including with the dry, they go really well together and provide some variety that our Rhodesian Ridgeback loves!
Changed over to this a couple of years ago. Was feeding them Burns previously, but worried about the high rice content of that (> 50% carbs!).
This EV food is visibly richer, and a little goes a long way. My dogs have always loved eating, but when I gave them this they really fell on it like wolves.
The only thing I would say is it’s quite oily, which is great for their coats, but one dog struggles a bit with her stomach. I add a small handful of rolled oats to her portion for roughage, which helps.
Our Staffy pup has been brought up on Exe valley puppy food and he is thriving on it. We are currently moving onto the adult lamb kibble and he loves it. I must also mention the delivery service from Exe valley which is excellent.
